help for horrible back and neck pain after birth of 3rd child?
delivered 9lb 6 ounce baby nov 6th, i am little so it was a fast but hard delivery (no medication) ever since i came home i have real bad lower back pain that radiates into my neck, i've got motrin but it doesn't work, any thoughts?
For your neck, try a heating pad or a take a washcloth, get it damp with water, microwave it for 30 seconds to a minute, then lay on the back of your neck. Test it with your hands first to make sure it's not too hot. This should atleast give you some temporary relief!
