Shoulder imingement and now upper back pain?
I have impingement and tendenitis in my right shoulder and in alot of pain. I have had 2 rounds PT, 3 cortisone shots, 1 round oral steriods, and been taking naproxen for three months now. Absolutely no relief. Now upper back has starting hurting really bad. The pain has become really unbearable in shoulder and back. Any ideas on how to control pain? I've tried ice, heat. I've tried it all. Also, why would my back now hurt?
try chiropractic and massage therapy. best money you'll ever spend. dehydration could be a contributing factor. too much soda pop, coffee, anything with caffeine is a diuretic (make you pee off the body's water). too little water makes the muscles sore even without exercise. literally when my water level drops off it pains me to get out of bed because i'm too stiff. i've done all these things and i'm 47 and move like a kid.
